Abstract

For the present stage of the project more practical application of 110kV Bo-shaped down lead cable arrangement, cable terminal different bending angle stress distribution was simulated based on finite element numerical simulation, and determine the impact of the bending angle on the uneven distribution of the terminal internal stress to provide reference for the determination of practical engineering cable terminal bending angle. The results showed that: Under the arrangement of 110kV Bo-shaped down lead cable, when the cable terminal bending angle of less than 5°, each layer of stress distribution is within the scope of its tensile strength, the safe and stable operation of the dry-type cable terminal can be ensured.

干式电缆终端弯曲作业应力特性研究
针对现阶段工程中较为实际应用的110kV bo形下引线电缆布置,基于有限元数值模拟的方法对电缆终端不同弯曲角度的应力分布进行了模拟,确定了弯曲角度对终端内应力不均匀分布的影响,为实际工程中电缆终端弯曲角度的确定提供参考。结果表明:在110kV bo型下引电缆布置下,当电缆终端弯曲角度小于5°时,各层应力分布在其抗拉强度范围内,可保证干式电缆终端安全稳定运行。
