Abstract

The paper deals with a new paradigm for project management implemented by the Italian Air Force. The new approach, named Touch&Go, can be viewed as an adaptation of the Prince2 method. In particular, after defining the new paradigm, we shows an application with a product-oriented approach, to implement a Quality Management System for the Department of Didactic and Managerial Training of the Italian Air Force, focusing on the importance of the hierarchies typical of the Armed Forces, on Learned Lessons and on Risk Management.
