From the perspective of virtual simulation, through the thought of 3D analysis of the calculation model of the overcurrent tripping mechanism, the combination of dynamics software and finite element analysis software to design a prototype of the virtual design and analysis platform. Abstract

The safety and reliability of household power distribution switch is very important, how to design a power distribution switch with strong breaking ability and reliable work is the goal of most designers. In this paper, a miniature circuit breaker of rated current 63A is used as the research object. 家用配电开关三维设计及保护特性研究
家用配电开关的安全性和可靠性是非常重要的,如何设计出一种分断能力强、工作可靠的配电开关是大多数设计者所追求的目标。本文以额定电流为63A的微型断路器为研究对象。从虚拟仿真的角度出发,通过三维分析过流脱扣机构计算模型的思路,结合动力学软件和有限元分析软件设计了虚拟设计分析平台的样机。本设计样机采用交互式数据传输技术进行结构设计,平台可以自动添加约束,实现电磁场计算,通过设计平台,并对相关参数进行分析,从而进一步提高样机的性能,为理论基础提供依据。
