Estudio doppler de la arteria renal materna y complicaciones en trastornos hipertensivos del embarazo

Abstract

: Objective: To evaluate the pulsatility and resistance index of the renal artery using Doppler ultrasound in patients with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy who attended the Hospital Universitario “Dr. Luis Razetti” in Barcelona between July and September 2022. Methods: Eighteen pregnant women with a gestational age greater than 20 weeks were included who had been diagnosed with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy, such as chronic arterial hypertension with superimposed preeclampsia with signs of severity, with or without complications. The study determined systolic, diastolic, and mean blood pressure, as well as hemoglobin, hematocrit, platelets, oxaloacetic and pyruvic transaminase, urea, and creatinine.
