However, due to the high complexity and extreme thinness, how to convert the mathematical model to the mechanical model has become the biggest challenge in the application of large-size minimal surface. On the basis of analysing the relation between force and form, this paper explores and verifies the concept and method of transforming mathematical model into mechanical model by combining qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation.
