Abstract

This article has discussed three knowledge management technologies which can be used to develop reflective learning. This paper will explore the definition of reflective learning. The components related to the process of reflective learning are discussed in six areas: (1) self-examination (2) estimate if it is effective, (3) give birth to questions (4) analyze the difficulties and the gaps, (5) Give strategies, and (6) evaluate if it is effective.
