This paper analyzed the issue by using HPT model from the perspective of performance technology. The analysis showed that environmental factors and personal factors accounted for the loss of teachers, and there were corresponding sub-factors under each factor. In the light of those factors, five interventions were designed to improve the performance of teacher turnover. Abstract
The issue of teacher turnover in public schools is becoming more and more concerned.
