With the advent of big data in mobile networks, the power of statistical data analysis can now be utilized in order to answer so far untreatable questions both in the area of network operations and customer experience management. In order to make full advantage of the capabilities, an open framework is needed which allows the flexible and problem-driven design of solutions.
