PROBLEMS ISSUES FOR MOLECULAR-GENETIC RESEARCH IN IDENTIFICATION OF THE IDENTITY OFMISSING PERSONS

The use in the judicial identification of a DNA molecule is based on certain properties that allow it to effectively investigate it in judicial identification and establish DNA profiles which further assist in the search for missing persons by establishing matches with relatives. The purpose of the study is to analyze the subject of removal of research objects during the search of missing persons in order to establish the identification of a person by means of molecular genetic examinations. The problems of removing and storing research-oriented objects are discussed. It is also the purpose of this study to address errors in the designation of forensic molecular genetic expertise that interfere with and delay the work of a forensic expert.
