Also, it was investigated whether burnout has a mediating effect on the relationship between work-family conflict and job satisfaction. Within the scope of the research, a questionnaire prepared using work-family conflict, burnout, job satisfaction scale and demographic variables was applied to private sector employees living in Düzce. Survey data were collected through social media with snowball sampling method. In this context, 356 of the obtained questionnaires were suitable for evaluation. In the research, reliability, correlation, confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis were performed in order to analyze the data and test the hypotheses. As a result of the analysis, it was found that work-family conflict and burnout negatively affect job satisfaction; it was determined that there is a positive and significant relationship between work-family conflict and burnout. Abstract
