Abstract

In this paper, the finite element model of Baja racing car is constructed based on finite element analysis, the three-dimensional geometric model of the frame is established, the skeleton is appropriately simplified, the boundary conditions and loads are set, and then the skeleton of Baja off-road racing car is constructed. At the same time, this paper carries out the lightweight design of the body skeleton based on the approximate model method, and then obtains the optimal solution for each design variable. The lightweight design of the skeleton is based on the rational material selection, welding process, finite element mesh accuracy and the prediction accuracy of the approximation model, and the lightweight goal is achieved.

基于有限元分析的巴哈赛车骨架轻量化设计研究
