The functions of building information model and corresponding data content in different stage of a building life cycle are discussed according to the green building evaluation standard. The concept of extended BIM are put forward through the analysis of BIM used in energy simulation software. Abstract
It discussed the problems existed in the current green architectuarl design software combining with the architectural design process and green building evaluation standards in this paper.
