Abstract

Transforming raw data collected by smart home appliances, combined with smart meter data, into tangible information is necessary to encourage consumers to actively participate in the green transition. Technologies and formats that are widely accepted and used must be considered when developing services so that no one is left behind. This article presents the process of data ETL with the goal of developing comparative feedback and delivering it to consumers via email in the form of personalized monthly newsletters. The results show that consumers like the newsletters and the emojis and that they remind them to use the portal.
