The humoral immune response to soluble and insoluble human IgG was evaluated by the measurement of the amount of specific antibodies. The immobilizations of antigen was made by antigen-antibody precipitation and attachment of the protein to polyacrylamide and agarose matrices. Abstract
The role of the immunizing dose on antibody production was studied in rabbits.
