The paper is to determine the engagement of employees by IT companies during corona virus pandemic. Data will be collected through self-administered questionnaire from the IT employees. Organizations currently are regularly developing innovative and effective means to engage the employees during this tough time. Works from home system engagement activities are very fruitful for employees as well as for organizations. Those organizations doing these categories of engagement activities for their employees in the process of learning new skills and developing themselves.
