Abstract
This academic article is dedicated to the characteristics of the application of the operative-search activities in the field of criminal procedures. In particular, it studies the possibilities of transforming operative-search activity results into extra-procedural documents. This article illustrates the contradictions, which exist not only between the systems, but also in the domain of the legislative regulation of operative-search activity.
