Abstract

With the wide application of distributed generation and electric vehicles, energy storage (ES) technology has been further developed on the demand side. Invested by distributed power users, the energy storage power station (ESPS) installed in the power distribution network can solve the operation bottlenecks of the power grid, such as power quality’s fluctuation and overload in local areas. 随着分布式发电和电动汽车的广泛应用,储能技术在需求侧得到了进一步的发展。储能电站由分布式电力用户投资,安装在配电网中,可以解决局部地区电能质量波动、过载等电网运行瓶颈问题。介绍了配电网ESPS的能源套利、需求响应、频率支持和备用供电四种典型运行模式及其收益计算方法,选取净年值、内部收益率和动态回收期作为经济评价指标,并以某城市配电网ESPS为例进行了案例分析。算例结果表明,本文提出的多场景ESPS运行策略具有相当的经济价值,在解决配电网运行瓶颈的同时带来了巨大的经济效益,三个经济评价指标能够有效地评价ESPS运行模式的经济性。
