Abstract

This article gives the designs of hardware of software system of power harmonic tester. The hardware system consists of a STM32 chip, current transformer, A/D circuit and display. FFT and phase difference correction method is used to measure and correct the power harmonic parameters. Finally comparison between harmonic test results generated by the signal generator and MATLAB simulation results indicates that this design can give us a high accuracy value about frequency and amplitude of power harmonic.
