Abstract

Engineering courses are characterized by being difficult and have a high rate of disapprovals and dropouts. Several researches carried out in university environments have proven this outsourced concept. However, there are some questions: What factors are making learning difficult for students? Are the disapprovals and withdrawals associated with teaching-learning methodologies? This article presents the results and discussions of a research that had as objective to invest this problem.
