Abstract

At present, researches of spatial assessment of medical facilities prefer to consider single factor and have problems such as lack of spatial accuracy, and lack of consideration for the multi-level medical system. 目前的医疗设施空间评价研究多考虑单一因素,存在空间精度不高、缺乏对多层次医疗系统的考虑等问题。本文构建了一个包括供需、出行便利和均衡三个维度的综合评价方法。它还考虑了医院和初级卫生服务设施。本文以深圳市为例进行了实证研究。结果表明,所提出的评价方法是从空间上深入分析医疗设施问题的有效工具,对优化医疗服务设施具有重要的参考价值;深圳市综合医院和社区卫生中心服务缺口较大,需加强医疗设施建设,提高总供给水平;深圳综合医院有向市中心集中的趋势,需要进行规划管理指导;社区卫生中心的空间配置相对均衡,但外圈需要更多的社区卫生中心,以提高空间便利性和均衡水平。
