Among the most pressing problems, leading teachers point out: the constant transformation of the education system and the administrative requirements changing in this regard; the contradiction between the preservation of established pedagogical traditions and the need for constant introduction of innovations into pedagogical practice; the overload of reporting documentation, the need for constant personal growth and self-realization in the profession in combination with the threat of emotional burnout and professional deformation, the simultaneous focus of the teacher's activities on the provision of psychological and pedagogical influence on students and on reflection of their professional activities, weak socio-legal protection of the teacher from the arbitrariness of the administration of the educational institution and aggressive actions on the part of students and their parents. To date, the fact of existence and the high degree of severity of the personnel problem are officially recognized, the shortage of teachers, their high degree of overload, including bureaucratic work, the combination of diverse subjects in teaching is openly stated. Abstract

The profession of a teacher in modern conditions in our country is associated with a number of both positive aspects and professional difficulties. Among the most pressing problems, leading teachers point out: the constant transformation of the education system and the administrative requirements changing in this regard; the contradiction between the preservation of established pedagogical traditions and the need for constant introduction of innovations into pedagogical practice; the overload of reporting documentation, the need for constant personal growth and self-realization in the profession in combination with the threat of emotional burnout and professional deformation, the simultaneous focus of the teacher's activities on the provision of psychological and pedagogical influence on students and on reflection of their professional activities, weak socio-legal protection of the teacher from the arbitrariness of the administration of the educational institution and aggressive actions on the part of students and their parents. 在我国现代条件下,教师这一职业与许多积极方面和职业困难有关。主要教师指出,最紧迫的问题是:教育体制的不断变革和这方面管理要求的变化;保存已确立的教学传统与在教学实践中不断引入创新的需要之间的矛盾;报告文件的过载,职业中不断的个人成长和自我实现的需要,加上情绪倦怠和专业变形的威胁,教师的活动同时关注对学生的心理和教学影响以及对他们专业活动的反思,对教师的社会法律保护薄弱,不受教育机构管理的随意性和学生及其家长的侵略性行为的影响。到目前为止,人才问题的存在和严重程度都得到了官方的承认,教师的短缺,他们的高度超载,包括官僚工作,教学中多种学科的结合都是公开的。基于以上,本研究的目的是:分析教师离开专业的原因,以确定影响教师留在专业的社会心理因素。
