Survey method was used for the study using a Questionnaire for gathering of primary data. A sample was taken using stratified random sampling for selected Schools, simple random sampling to select respondents out of which 105 responses was received for analysis. Analysis revealed that teachers positively affect students' performance, but teaching methodology is not adequate.
