Abstract
It was numerically shown that for a system of a spiral planar resonator with magnetic film, a large value of photon-magnon coupling strength was obtained for the mode with electromagnetic field structure in the form of the electric localized surface plasmon. It is explained by the fact that the magnet filling factor by the microwave magnetic field component reaches large values at the frequency of this mode, since the field intensity decreases rapidly along the normal to the resonator plane.
