Abstract

In this paper free space microwave measurement setup has been integrated with the high temperature (HT) cell for the in-situ electromagnetic characterization. The experimental-setup is capable of operating in the frequency range from 5.85–40 GHz along with the in-situ material characterization from ambient to 1200°C.
