This paper extracted provenance metadata in the W3C DCAT standard specification and presented the provenance according to two typical cases of \"historical data\" and \"multiple formats\". Finally, the machine-readable PROV-JSON format provenance metadata record examples were given. Abstract
Provenance metadata is the basis of assessing open data quality and trustworthiness.
