An important part of the effort will focus on the need for greater dynamic range and the integration on autonomous platforms, such as gliders and profilers. Embedded processing will be reconfigurable, allowing for the monitoring of MSFD Good Environmental Status descriptors 1 (Biodiversity) and 11 (Underwater Noise) as minimal requirements.
