Abstract

With the entry of 3G services, video based applications like live video streaming, gaming applications, video telephony are going to be in great demand. The data speed is limited in Mobile applications as the bandwidth available is a limited resource. The demand for video streaming is expected to grow in multi folds in future and speed is a critical issue in video streaming.
