Abstract

The rapid development of IoT has enabled the mass use of smart devices. This in turn allowed the creation of the concept of smart homes and its implementation in people's lives. In this paper a complex smart home environment design is presented. It allows efficient control of many functionalities such as heating and cooling, security, light, audio and video control, comfort control etc. The system is realized via OpenHAB software on hardware platform Raspberry Pi.
