In order to solve the puzzle of image distortion, being complex in algorithm and being difficult to take into account of the overall structure and details of the image in the image recognition algorithm of public security management system, the paper presented a fusion algorithm of texture consistency measure based on bi-orthogonal wavelet transform. By means of the orthogonal wavelet transform, the wavelet transform is used to decompose the source image, and then the low frequency and high frequency wavelet coefficient matrix of the fused image is determined according to a certain proportion and texture measure, thus the fusion image is obtained. The experimental results show that the algorithm can not only distinguish the false edges of the image, but also enrich the details of the image and take into account the overall visual image, so it can better improve the recognition effect of the image in the public security management system.","PeriodicalId":340536,"journal":{"name":"Int. Abstract

Public security is the topic of common concern of the government and the common people. In order to solve the puzzle of image distortion, being complex in algorithm and being difficult to take into account of the overall structure and details of the image in the image recognition algorithm of public security management system, the paper presented a fusion algorithm of texture consistency measure based on bi-orthogonal wavelet transform. 公共安全是政府和老百姓共同关心的话题。为了解决公安管理系统图像识别算法中图像失真、算法复杂、难以兼顾图像整体结构和细节的难题,本文提出了一种基于双正交小波变换的纹理一致性测度融合算法。通过正交小波变换,利用小波变换对源图像进行分解,然后按照一定的比例和纹理度量确定融合图像的低频和高频小波系数矩阵,从而得到融合图像。实验结果表明,该算法既能区分图像的虚假边缘,又丰富了图像的细节,兼顾了视觉图像的整体,能够更好地提高公安管理系统中图像的识别效果。
