Abstract
The author deals with e-learning at University of Hradec Králové on the Faculty of Informatics and Management in the Czech Republic. In the second and third part of the article there is the description of main tools in WebCT and ways of students' motivation in the course Business theory and the chosen elements of the constructivism.
