Abstract
Will Tracz gave a short summary of SIGMICRO's financial health. Due to the $6000 loss incurred by MICRO-19, SIGMICRO has a negative fund balance. The ACM doesn't like this situation. We are taking no action on this, due to the large surplus expected from MICRO-20.
