Abstract
This paper discuss about the relationship between the competencies of university students and the score change patterns of the English skills. We analyze the impact of student's competency factors on improving English language skills scores using the Tukey-Kramer Multiple Comparison Test. In order to analyze the improvement of English skills, the concept of score change was used.
