Abstract

Study is conducted to examine the symptoms of ventricular abnormalities in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients. To analyze the abnormal cardioelectric conduction of heart in analogous to a mathematical model, the type 2 diabetes mellitus patients are grouped in four groups of ventricular tachycardia, fibrosis, hypertrophy and dysfunctional electrocardiographic deviations of the cardiac rhythm. Successively, curve tracing method is implemented to extract the amplitude-time deviations in the lead voltages. Of the 50 participants, 40 patients suffered from type 2 diabetes mellitus patients and rest 10 participants are controlled health. Finding revels, the type 2 diabetes mellitus patients suffered from sinus ventricular tachycardia and later leads to peripheral neuropathy in old ages. Patients suffered from fibrosis follows by the symptoms of myocardial infraction, indicated in an inverted T wave of -0.35mV on argument vector right lead. Few of the patients suffered from hypertrophy of ventricles diagnosed on the increase in S wave of -1.5mV in the limb lead III and leads to congenital heart diseases. A population of patients suffered from dysfunction diagnosed with a low amplitude cardiac rhythm. Study on type 2 diabetes mellitus patients reported a strong evidence on the minute changes in the cardiac rhythm that enhance the possibility of connective cardiac diseases. Prime target region of the heart in type 2 diabetes mellitus is the abnormal functioning of the ventricles and specially the left ventricle of the heart.
