Abstract

: Corporate social responsibility has become a fundamental factor in management, which allows the development of a strategy that identifies and differentiates each company from its peers. This research is an approach to human rights, corporate social responsibility, and the complementarity between both concepts, which not only represent an ethical requirement but also bring with it the need to of humanity. Human rights represent the starting point and the basis of any relationship of the institutions for coexistence in society. To carry out this study, it was resorted to bibliographic or documentary research, a strategy that allows knowing the subject of corporate social responsibility and human rights, as well as the complementarity between them. It is clear from the above that countries develop; however, this growth is only feasible to the extent that it helps man to grow as a person and as a full citizen. Therefore, it is necessary to clarify that social responsibility is feasible to the extent that it is based on humanistic precepts, whose practice is carried out through activities whose objective consists of ensuring and respecting the human rights of the Man, and this is only possible to the extent that there is an understanding of the commitments and obligations that companies must fulfill with their employees.
