Sampling: All available head nurses and their assistants (86) working in the previously mentioned setting. Instruments: Four sections were used for data collection; Personal data of the participants, Entrepreneurial Orientation Scale, Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument & Organizational Effectiveness Scale. Results: Revealed that more than half (52.3% and 58.1%) of the studied head nurses had a high entrepreneurial orientation and positive perception of organizational culture, respectively. Also, nearly half (48.8%) had a high perception of organizational effectiveness in the studied setting. Conclusion: There was a highly statistically significant positive correlation between head nurses' perception of entrepreneurial orientation and organizational culture, with organizational effectiveness at (P value < 0.01).
