Abstract

Aiming at the problem of evaluating the development direction of weapon equipment system capabilities in an intuitionistic fuzzy environment with unknown expert weights, a multi-criteria group decision-making method based on expert similarity and prospect theory is proposed. First, linguistic variables and quantitative index values are transformed into intuitionistic fuzzy numbers.
