Firstly, the k-means clustering-based method is used to analyze renewable energy generation and load demand and establish a planning model with minimum net present value based on total investment cost; then, the distribution network planning model is solved using a hybrid algorithm; finally, the proposed method is applied to a 24-bus distribution system to verify its effectiveness and performance. Abstract
