Abstract
In this paper, a ±45° dual-polarized antenna is proposed, which mainly consists of a main radiator, a parasitic patch, a feed network and a box-type reflector plate. The miniaturization of the antenna is achieved by adding a dielectric between the main radiator and the reflector plate, and the size of the main radiator is $0.257\lambda_{0}\times 0.257\lambda_{0}$. The simulation results show that the antenna has the −14dB bandwidth of 2.42GHz~2.74GHz, the gain of 7.8dBi~8.3dBi, the half-power beamwidth of 67.2°~3.5°, the axial cross-polarization ratio greater than 33dB, and the ~60° cross-polarization ratio greater than 10dB.
