The hyperandrogenism and elevated LH/FSH ratio characteristic of PCOS were noted 2 months after removal of the ovarian gestation. Abstract
A case is reported of ectopic pregnancy occurring within an ovary with the morphologic appearance of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). The hyperandrogenism and elevated LH/FSH ratio characteristic of PCOS were noted 2 months after removal of the ovarian gestation.
