The experiments conducted using MUCT and plastic surgery face database shows that the SLBT feature performs better than AAM and LBP features. Further increase in recognition rate is achieved by cascading SLBT features from face with LBP features from periocular regions. Abstract

Facial plastic surgery changes facial features to large extend and thus creating a major problem to face recognition system.
