Methods A descriptive-analytical cross-sectional study in the city of Isfahan in Iran, with a sample number of 700 missions performed by the paper registration method in 2017, and 230 missions registered by Asayar program method in 2018. The Propensity score matching method was used to analyse the data. Results The findings of the study showed that the use of the Asayar smart program in the pre-hospital emergency department of Isfahan has reduced times for ambulance arrival to the scene.
