The major findings of the study were that employees needs to be made aware about power losses. Employees are uninterested in continuing their inquisitiveness. Furthermore, they are unconcerned in learning new skills. Hence these factors led to negative outcome regarding power loss. Abstract
The paper has attempted to understand and unveil the non-technical causes of power electric losses.
