Therefore, to objectively evaluate the development level of rural e-commerce in China will be of great guiding significance to the development of rural e-commerce in China and the realization of rural revitalization. By constructing a comprehensive evaluation index system for rural e-commerce, this study uses cloud model and entropy weight method to evaluate the development level of rural e-commerce in 30 provinces (cities and autonomous regions) from 2008 to 2019. Abstract
