After all, the state, consumers, the company's staff and competitors become participants in stable partnerships. This leads to the transformation of the business environment in which the company had a competitive position. To date, the concept of corporate social responsibility has become quite widespread in the field of entrepreneurial activity, which is based on the establishment of long-term stable relationships between partners, in there is a social partnership [1]. This leads to the formation of internal programs of social development of enterprises, which include measures to achieve a high level of management responsibility, development of relations between employees and management staff, enhancing staff participation in enterprise management processes, ensuring intellectual staff development, etc. [2]. It should be noted that the formation of partnerships between the state, business and employees should be based on the implementation of an effective mechanism of social responsibility of employers, which includes not only providing workers with safe working conditions, but also adequate wages, staff training, preventive treatment, housing , development of social infrastructure, etc. [3]. In general, social partnership is a system of legal and organizational norms, principles, structures, procedures (measures) aimed at ensuring interaction between employees, employers, public authorities in the regulation of social and labor relations at the national, sectoral, regional and regional levels of enterprises [4]. Its main task is to achieve social peace in society, ensure the balance of socio-economic interests of employees and employers, promote mutual understanding between them, prevent conflicts and resolve conflicts to create conditions for sustainable economic development, improve living standards [5]. Conclusions.
