The experiment was set in two levels, in level 1 - use of cultures of Saccharomyces cerevisiae and yeast culture isolated from spoiled S. nirum L. fruits to single substrate S. nirum L. fruits. In level 2 - use of cultures of Saccharomyces cerevisiae and yeast culture isolated from spoiled S. nirum L. fruits to two separate substrates contains spoiled fruits and S. nirum L. fruits. From the above study it was observed that in level 1 experiment about 8.5% of bioethanol production was recorded and in level 2 4.3% of bioethanol was recorded. Abstract

Bioethanol is one of the best biofuel and alternate for geologically produced fuel. Bioethanol is produced by microorganisms on suitable carbohydrate sources in the absence of oxygen called anaerobic fermentation. 龙葵果实生产生物乙醇的研究
