Then, the paper compares the comprehensive score with the ability classification table and determines the ability level of the assessor to realize the evaluation of talent ability. The effectiveness of the designed evaluation method is verified by the demonstration of comparative experiments. The experimental results show that the evaluation results of the design method are consistent with the actual appraisal results in the process of evaluating the attack and defense penetration index of the network security staff. Abstract

In view of the poor accuracy of the traditional method to evaluate the ability of network security talents in the power industry, this paper proposes a method to evaluate the ability of network security talents in the power industry based on artificial intelligence. 基于人工智能的电力行业网络安全人才能力评估方法
针对传统电力行业网络安全人才能力评估方法准确性较差的问题,本文提出了一种基于人工智能的电力行业网络安全人才能力评估方法。通过建立人才能力评价体系,利用人工智能算法计算指标权重值。根据指标对应的权重建立评价模型,确定指标的隶属度范围,并计算出评估者能力的综合得分。然后,将综合得分与能力分类表进行比较,确定评估者的能力水平,实现对人才能力的评价。通过对比实验验证了所设计的评价方法的有效性。实验结果表明,在对网络安全人员的攻防渗透指标进行评估的过程中,设计方法的评估结果与实际评估结果一致。由此可以证明,基于人工智能的电力行业网络安全人才评价方法具有较高的准确性和客观性,更符合实际,有助于公司形成人才定位明确、人才充分利用的人才管理格局。
