STUDI TENTANG KINERJA PENYULUH PERTANIAN PADA USAHATANI PADI SAWAH DI KECAMATAN BULANGO TIMUR KABUPATEN BONEBOLANGO

Abstract

This study aimed to: 1) identify the activities of agricultural extension workers in Bulango Timur District, Bone Bolango Regency; 2) analyze the performance of agricultural extensions workers. This Study Was conducted from October to November 2021. This study was a survey method using a questionnaire as the study tool in which its data analysis was quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicated that: 1) Agricultural extension activities in Bulango Timur District were generally considered in good category with 74,7% respondent’s level of achivievement 2) The performance of agricultural extension workers in terms of quantity of work, quality of work, knowledge, creativity, cooperation, dependence, initiative, and personal quality is in good category with 80,8% respondent’s level of achievement
