Abstract
As the need for application service becomes larger and larger, turning software into a service has been addressed as a matter of urgency. There are two kinds of application delivery models, ASP and SaaS. This paper describes a method for turning software into a service using the ASP model, and use conference management system as an example to illustrate the idiographic process.
