Comprehensive examination and treatment of 44 students with asthenia (88 eyes) aged from 18 to 27 years with signs of accommodative asthenopia was performed. After laser stimulation students were recommended to take the Nutrof®Fort vitamin-antioxidant complex 1 capsule once a day within 3 months.
