This article presents the design of a novel temperature test device for the measurement of accuracy of distribution of irradiation of infant radiant warmers by studying the thermal characteristics of different materials. A measuring procedure has also been developed, the feasibility of which has been well proved by the experimental results and uncertainty analysis put forward hereby. Abstract
